Login Problems
 To book and use Internet Access on this HotSpot you must have an Air-Net Wifi account (which you can create for Free).

Once you create your account you will have the option to add credit to your account via paypal and credit, debit cards. On completion of crediting your account you can purchase/book Internet Access time from 5 mins to 12 months.

Loss of Internet/Connectivity
 If you experince problems such as: Internet Pages very slow or not coming up. You should check your signal strenght and ensure you can stil receive the HotSpot signal. If the signal is ok, there maybe a slight down time on the Internet, leave it for a few seconds and try again.

If this does not fix any problems. Please contact the HotSpot provider. back to top
  
I Paid but no Internet Access
 If you are experincing problems when you have booked access and your account has been deducted but you are unable to browse the Internet, please contact our billing department and we can investigate the issue.

 If you preferred language is not available, please be patient we are working hard to add more language packs.
